KMB Group, Inc. 293 Boston Post Road, Marlborough, MA 200,000+ SF MEP	Lead Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineers. Designed the replacement of a existing TURBO GC-300-SC ice-harvesting machine with two high efficiency water-cooled Carrier 30HXC271 Chillers rated at 245 Tons each and EVAPCO AT 112-812 490-Ton Cooling Tower. Designed second 480/277V 1200A electrical service to offload the existing 2500A service of the central cooling plant HVAC equipment. Achieved a $158,531 National Grid DESIGN 2000plus Energy Rebate Pre-approval for the building management company work with the National grid on the Ice Storage Machine to Water Cooled Chiller per Energy Model and after work was completed we verified the Energy Model new equipment set-points for obtaining the utility rebates for the building owner.
